Louisville City Council Meeting April 1, 2003 Page 6 of 22 Sisk favored the ownership remaining with the Housing Authority and in the event of sale, approval be given by Council. He suggested the City Attorney be directed to work with the Housing Authority to develop a covenant indicating the usage would be for the Louisville Housing Authorities and/or its successors. Sisk called for public comment, and hearing none, closed the public hearing. MOTION: Sisk moved that Council approve Resolution No. 4, Series 2003, with the caveat that the covenant would include a prohibition from transfer of the property without Council consent, seconded by Levihn. Roll call vote was taken. The motion passed by a vote of 6-0. ORDINANCE NO. 1415, SERIES 2003 - AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN ANNEXATION, KNOWN AS THE RAY ANNEXATION, TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO - 2nd reading - public hearing (advertised Daily Camera 3/8/03) - continue public hearing to 4/15/03 Sisk called for City Attorney introduction. City Attorney read Ordinance No. 1415, Series 2003. Sisk opened the public hearing and stated Staff has recommended continuing the public hearing on Ordinance No. 1415, Series 2003 to April 15, 2003. MOTION: Sisk moved that Council continue the public hearing on Ordinance No. 1415, Series 2003 to April 15, 2003, seconded by Levihn. All in favor. Keany asked if the continuance creates a hardship for the property owner. Planning Director Paul Wood explained that Staff'has worked with the applicant and the surveyor to make corrections on the annexation map. He did not foresee any additional delays as those corrections were received today, and will be available for the April 15, 2003 meeting.
