On page 48, Mayer felt that some of the punctuation was overdone. Mayer moved that Council approve the Consent Agenda with those changes to the minutes and the removal of Item 3C. APPOINTMENTS TO THE LOCAL LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY Mayer stated that Councilman Howard, interviewed all of the candidates. the Mayor, and himself Mayer moved that Council appoint the following candidates for the Authority: Lisa Stephens, Bill Kimmett, Steven Jeffers, Larry Evans, and Robert Garelick.
