Studio/theatre with collapsible risers <br />- A metal riser system that can be stacked at one end of the space and <br />easily expanded to provide seating for 100 to 150 people in various <br />theatre configurations that vary from proscenium, to thrust, to arena, with <br />a performance space at least 20' X 25' <br />- A floor throughout that is sprung so it can be used for dance and strong <br />enough to support a Genie <br />- Marley that can be put in place or removed easily <br />- A full black backdrop that can be drawn to the sides <br />- A crossover behind that backdrop (not included in the 20' of depth of the <br />performance space) <br />- Upstage left and upstage right entry openings <br />- Piping adequate for hanging front, back, down, and high side lights <br />- Three lighting trees attached to the stage left and right walls for mid and <br />shin lights <br />- Approximately 100 lights in the standard light plot, and dimmers and <br />circuits to allow at least 30 special lights <br />- A scroller system for all lights high in the light plot that allows control of <br />lighting colors from the tech booth as part of the lighting cues <br />- A Genie for servicing the upper parts of the light plot (can be shared with <br />larger space if access between spaces is provided) <br />- Space designated for a video camera with direct feed to the tech booth <br />- The walls and entries to this space should be sound proofed <br />- Spacious tech booth with: <br />- A state of the art programmable light board that can hold lighting <br />groups as defined in the standard plot "magic sheet," and at least <br />500 light cues <br />- A state of the art sound system that includes mini-disc or <br />comparable sound delivery through a system of balanced <br />speakers with monitors the performers can hear <br />- An accessible bank of solid state dimmers sufficient to handle <br />the above defined light plot <br />- A headset communication system that extends to all tech crew <br />including stage hands <br />- Seating for a stage manager, light board operator, sound system <br />operator, and a performance technical director <br />- A digital video recording system. <br />Flexible teachina soace for all aenres of art. that can also be used as warm u <br />room for performers <br />- An open 35' X 35' space with a sprung floor suitable for dance <br />- Storage space around sides for various sized tables, teaching materials, <br />musical instruments, etc. <br />One clearly defined exhibit space <br />- An open 30' X 30' exhibit space <br />
