Making loud noises and being aggressive <br />the dog owner were able to scare off the coyotes. No one was harmed. <br />More signage reminding hikers that dogs need to say on leash have been <br />put up. Code enforcement has been notified. <br />Board Updates <br />Kate asked about unusual sighting of prairie dogs in her Heritage <br />neighborhood and the fox: that likely ate it. Ember informed us that prairie dogs <br />can go up to five miles a~nray from the colony. Also, she may have some ideas <br />for fox deterrent. <br />Acquisition Ranking of IExc;el Property <br />Tyler Lantzy, 595 St. Andrews Lane, tylerlantzy@comcast.net, cell 303- <br />518-7155 says that hikers ofiren miss the turn from Coal Creek Trail and end up <br />at the dead-end of his street. He recommended that if the property is purchased <br />by the city that the trail bey moved to the Wauremburg side and avoid the houses <br />all together. He noted that tF~e fence along the property line is owned and <br />maintained by the HOA. '~He will look into the property line of the house at the <br />southwest section of the property.
