For: <br />SEH, Inc. <br />BOULDER COUNTY OPEN SPACE <br />WEST TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT <br />A strip of land, 10.00 feet in width, located in the W1/2 of the <br />NE1/4 of Section 21, T1S, R69W of the 6th P.M., County of Boulder, <br />State of Colorado, described as follows: <br />COMMENCING at the Nl/4 Corner of said Section 21, from which the NE <br />Corner of said Section 21 bears N89°04'01"E, 2611.34 feet (Basis of <br />Bearing), thence S00°00'17"W, 60.01 feet along the West Line of the <br />NE1/4 said Section 21 to a point on a line that is 60.00 feet <br />Southerly of, as measured at right angles from and parallel with, <br />the North Line of the NE1/4 of said Seci~ion 21 and the TRUE POINT <br />OF BEGINNING; <br />Thence N89°04'01"E, 775.84 feet along a line that is 60.00 feet <br />Southerly of, as measured at right angles from and parallel with, <br />the North Line of the NE1/4 of said Section 21 to the Easterly Line <br />of Parcel A conveyed to City of Louisville and County of Boulder as <br />described in Special Warranty Deed recorded October 1, 2001, as <br />Reception No. 2202383 of the records of Boulder County, Colorado, <br />also being the Westerly Line of Parce>1 B conveyed to City of <br />Louisville and County of Boulder as described in Special warranty <br />Deed recorded as said Reception No. 2202383; <br />Thence continuing N89°04'01"E, 332.57 f=eet along a line that is <br />60.00 feet Southerly of, as measured at right angles from and <br />parallel with, the North Line of the NE'1/4 of said Section 21 to <br />the Westerly Line of that tract of land conveyed to David Keown as <br />described in Warranty Deed recorded November 29, 2004, as Reception <br />No. 2645624 of the records of Boulder County, Colorado; <br />Thence S00°10'54"E, 10.00 feet along the Westerly Line of that <br />tract of land as described as said Reception No. 2645624 to a point <br />on a line that is 70.00 feet Southerly of, as measured at right <br />angles from and parallel with, the North Line of the NE1/4 of said <br />Section 21; <br />7 <br />
