<br />reference, consisting of 33,222 square feet, more or less and including such lesser area
<br />therein and such greater area adjacent thereto as may be necessary for the Project.
<br />4. Self Right-of--Way Parcel: A strip of ]land, 35.00 feet in width, located in the
<br />SE1/4 of Section 16, T1 S, R69W of the 6th P.M., County ofBoulder, State of Colorado, as
<br />legally described and depicted on the Exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by
<br />reference, consisting of 7,000 square feet, more or less; and including such lesser area therein
<br />and such greater area adjacent thereto as may be necessary for the Project.
<br />5. Hunt Right-of--Way Parcel: A strip of land, 45.00 feet in width, located in
<br />the SW 1/4 of Section 15, T1 S, R69W ofthe 6th P.M., County ofBoulder, State of Colorado,
<br />as legally described and depicted on the Exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by
<br />reference, consisting of 13,718 square feet, more oar less and including such lesser area
<br />therein and such greater area adjacent thereto as may be necessary for the Project.
<br />6. Keown Right-of--Way Parcel: A strip of land, 25.00 feet and 50.00 feet in

<br />State of Colorado, as legally described and depicted) on the Exhibits attached hereto and
<br />incorporated herein by reference, consisting of 53,900 square feet, more or less and
<br />including such lesser area therein and such greater area adjacent thereto as may be necessary
<br />for the Project.

<br />R69W of the 6th P.M., County of Boulder, State o~F Colorado, as legally described and
<br />depicted on the Exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, consisting of
<br />11,084 square feet, more or less and including such lesser area therein and such greater area
<br />adjacent thereto as may be necessary for the Project.
