RESOLUTION NO. 27 <br />SERIES 2008 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR ATWO-LOT SINGLE- <br />FAMILYRESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION, LOTS 8 -11, BLOCK 4, LOUISVILLE HEIGHTS <br />SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for approval of a <br />minor subdivision for atwo-lot single-family residential subdivision at Lots 8-11, Block 4, Louisville <br />Heights Subdivision (245 Spruce St.); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it, with <br />conditions, to comply with Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable sections of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearings on May 8, 2008 and April 17, 2008, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville <br />Planning Commission Staff Report date May 8, 2008 and .April 17, 2008, the Planning <br />Commission disapproved a motion to recommend in support of the proposed subdivision <br />replat; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation <br />of the Planning Commission and finds that the application should be approved, with the <br />follwoing conditions: <br />1. The applicant shall confirm sanitary sewer service lines for each house using an <br />electronic locating device. <br />2. The applicant must retain as many of the existing trees as possible. <br />3.
