CITY OF LOUISVI]GLE <br />JANUARY 11, 1988 COUNCIL ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville nnet in Special Session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson <br />called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and', the following persons were <br />present: <br />Councilmembers: Randy Carnival, StE~ve Anderson, Bob Szymanski, <br />John Sackett, Mike Mohr and Alan Scarpella <br />Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br />Steve Williamson, Acting City Attorney <br />Larry Lillo, Director of Community Services <br />Tom Phare, Directo~° of Public Works <br />Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br />Rod Leesman, Direci~or of Public Safety <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br />Also present: Pam Ferris, City C~Lerk <br />William Hesson, Treasurer <br />APPROVAL OF THE <br />AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any additions to the Agenda. <br />None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be <br />approved as submitted. Mohr seconded. Unanimous. <br />OTHER BUSINESS Mayor Fauson stated that the past two years with <br />this Council has bE~en an honor for him. Mayor <br />Fauson feels that i;he Council has done an <br />"incredibly good job" and met most of the twelve <br />goals set. Mayor F~'auson feels that the next few <br />years will allow many of the things set in motion <br />now to come to pass;. He commended them as team <br />players and thanked them for their support. <br />Szymanski commented that the past two years have <br />been "most satisfying and rewarding" for him. "I <br />have enjoyed it tremendously doing what I hope was <br />best for the City of Louisville and doing it with my <br />fellow elected officials who I have the utmost <br />praise for in working with them." Szymanski also <br />commended the City staff for their efforts and the <br />service of all boax-d and commission members. <br />PRESENT COUNCIL <br />SINE DIE With no further business for the present Council, <br />Mayor Fauson moved that Council Sine Die. Mohr <br />seconded. Unanimous. <br />RECESS Mayor Fauson called a short recess to have the new <br />Council take their respective seats. <br />1 <br />
