CITY OF LOUISVILLE MARCH 1, 1988 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were present: Councilmembers: Randy Carnival, Steve Anderson, Bob Szymanski, John Sackett, Mike Mohr and Alan Scarpella Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator Steve Williamson, City Attorney Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development Larry Lillo, Director of Community Services Tom Phare, Director of Public Works Also present: APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR CONSENT CALENDAR: REGULAR BUSINESS: Pam Ferris, City Clerk William Hesson, Treasurer Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda by approved as amended. Mohr seconded. Unanimous. Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent Calendar. Ferris asked that the Minutes be removed from the Consent Calendar as they are not available. Mayor Fauson moved and Anderson seconded to approve the Consent Calendar as amended. Unanimous. Approval of Minutes Approval of Bills Approval of Change Order Treatment Plant Project Approval of Change Order #6 & #7 - Wastewater #1 - Pipeline Project PROCLAMATION - LOUISVILLE HISTORICAL MONTH Mayor Fauson declared the month of March as National Historical Month in the City of Louisville. Virginia Caranci, Chairman of the Historical Commission, presented Council with the 1987 Report of Activities including several of the Commission's accomplishments and the special activities scheduled during the month of March. APPOINTMENT TO LAFAYETTE-LOUISVILLE DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION BOARD Ferris explained to Council that a vacancy occurred in the Lafayette-Louisville Downtown Revitalization Board due to the resignation of Clair Beckman.
