CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />MARCH 1, 1988 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson <br />called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were <br />present: <br />Councilmembers: Randy Carnival, Steve Anderson, Bob Szymanski, <br />John Sackett, Mike Mohr and Alan Scarpella <br />Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br />Steve Williamson, City Attorney <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br />Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br />Larry Lillo, Director of Community Services <br />Tom Phare, Director of Public Works <br />Also present: <br />APPROVAL OF THE <br />AGENDA <br />APPROVAL OF THE <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />REGULAR BUSINESS: <br />Pam Ferris, City Clerk <br />William Hesson, Treasurer <br />Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda by approved as <br />amended. Mohr seconded. Unanimous. <br />Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent <br />Calendar. Ferris asked that the Minutes be removed <br />from the Consent Calendar as they are not available. <br />Mayor Fauson moved and Anderson seconded to approve <br />the Consent Calendar as amended. Unanimous. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Approval of Bills <br />Approval of Change Order <br />Treatment Plant Project <br />Approval of Change Order <br />#6 & #7 - Wastewater <br />#1 - Pipeline Project <br />PROCLAMATION - LOUISVILLE HISTORICAL <br />MONTH Mayor Fauson declared the month of March as National <br />Historical Month in the City of Louisville. <br />Virginia Caranci, Chairman of the Historical <br />Commission, presented Council with the 1987 Report <br />of Activities including several of the Commission's <br />accomplishments and the special activities scheduled <br />during the month of March. <br />APPOINTMENT TO LAFAYETTE-LOUISVILLE DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION <br />BOARD Ferris explained to Council that a vacancy occurred <br />in the Lafayette-Louisville Downtown Revitalization <br />Board due to the resignation of Clair Beckman. This <br />vacancy was advertised at the same time as other <br />1 <br />
