The public hearing was set for the April 5th <br />council meeting, wii:h notice published in the <br />Louisville Times anci notice being sent to those <br />Louisville property owners within 500' of the <br />Fairgrounds. <br />A roll call vote wa:> requested by Fauson; with <br />Carnival, Scarpella,. and Fauson voting No; and <br />Mohr, Szymanski, Anderson and Sackett voting Yes. <br />RESOLUTION #13 - SUBDIVISION AND PARTIAL PUD - PARCEL 0 - <br />CENTENNIAL VALLEY Williamson read Resolution #13, "A Resolution <br />approving a final plat and PUD for Centennial <br />Valley Parcel 0 Subdlivision." <br />Wanush stated that fi[omart Development is <br />requesting the subdivision of approximately 75 <br />acres of land on Parcel "O" of the Centennial <br />Valley General Development Plan into 3 blocks <br />comprised of 8 lots. In conjunction with the <br />proposed subdivision., Land Development Group, Inc. <br />represented by Don Shonkwiler is requesting a PUD <br />on Block 1 (4 lots) totaling approximately 2.2 <br />acres. Four issues were resolved between the <br />preliminary subdivision/PUD approval and final <br />approval including adequacy of Dahlia right-of- <br />way, Cherry Street turn lanes, on-site pedestrian <br />access, and landscaping. Wanush recommends that council adopt Resolution <br />#13. <br />David Stahl representing Homart and Don Shonkwiler <br />representing Land Development Group, Inc. gave <br />presentations. <br />Mohr made a motion that Resolution #13 be approved <br />as written. Fauson seconded. Roll Call vote was <br />requested. Unanimous. Resolution #13 adopted as <br />written. <br />APPROVAL OF FOURTH AMENDMENT TO STATE HIGHWAY INTERCHANGE <br />AGREEMENT Hundley introduced t;he request to amend the State <br />Highway Interchange ;Agreement. One of the <br />conditions to the land exchange with Homart was to <br />amend a tri-party agreement with the City, <br />Louisville Associates and the State Highway <br />Commission. The 1982. agreement placed certain <br />limitations on land and its' uses in the area of <br />the highway interchange. As a result of some <br />recent actions, including the golf course project <br />and the land exchange, Hundley stated that it <br />seems appropriate to amend the 1982 agreement. <br />Referring to the proposed Fourth Amendment, <br />Hundley stated that i~he key issue was that so long <br />as development not e:iceed the limits set forth in <br />the Commercial Development plan plus 1200 <br />6 <br />
