Parking (2,000 s.f.) will be provided <br />on site amongst the materials. <br />Staff is recommending the approval of the <br />Temporary Use Permit. with the conditions that the <br />culvert construction. be approved by Public Works, <br />water extension, office tie down, fencing and <br />sanitary facilities be approved by the Building <br />Official. <br />The City has received deed to the pieces of <br />property dedicated to the City by Trousil as part <br />of the annexation agreement. City is in agreement <br />with the applicant that this should be an 18 month <br />permit to allow to set up the rest of this year <br />and have a full year operation before further <br />review for extending the permit. As with any <br />temporary permit Council reserves the right to <br />call this up at any time to review to either <br />extend or deny the permit. <br />Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing and asked <br />for certification. <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci certified proof of publication <br />of public hearing. <br />Mayor Fauson asked i:E anyone in the audience would <br />like to speak in favor of or in opposition this <br />proposal . No commentts . <br />Mayor moved on to Council question and comments. <br />Mayor Fauson questioned taking water from Trousil <br />tap. Stahl responded that they would be using yard <br />tap to water the plant material, assume that they <br />will be purchasing bottle water for domestic use <br />in the temporary structure. There is no current <br />landscaping on the Trousil property so the impact <br />on the 3/4" tap existing now is not anything over <br />and above what would be allowed by his water tap. <br />Anderson, question applicant in regards to whether <br />he had his deal negotiated with Trousils. <br />Applicant replied yeas . <br />Mayor closed the public hearing and called for a <br />motion. <br />Anderson moved and Mohr seconded to approve the <br />St. Vrain Landscaping Temporary Permit. <br />By Roll Call Vote, tYie motion passed 7-0. <br />4 <br />
