Mayor Fauson moved <~nd Carnival seconded to adopt <br />Resolution #32, Series 1988. By Roll Call Vote, <br />Resolution #32, Series 1988 was adopted 6-0. <br />RESOLUTION #33 - LOUISVILLE TIMES - <br />PUD Resolution #33, Series 1988, "A Resolution <br />approving a PUD for the Louisville Times." <br />Franklin stated that the Louisville Times has <br />requested a PUD to construct a 24' x 56' addition <br />on the rear of the existing building. The <br />extension will be constructed of masonry block on <br />a concrete slab with. a garage-type door facing the <br />alley. The 4' concrete slab at the rear of the <br />building will mitigate potential flood zone <br />concerns (the 100 year flood plains western extent <br />is in the alley). Planning Commission reviewed <br />this proposal and approved same August 9, 1988. <br />Ray Sears, representing the applicant, gave a <br />brief presentation of the project. <br />Mayor Fauson moved and Mohr seconded to adopt <br />Resolution #33, Series 1988. By Roll Call Vote, <br />Resolution #33, Series 1988 was adopted 6-0. <br />Sackett asked to be excused from the discussion on the next Agenda Item due <br />to possible conflict of interest. <br />RESOLUTION #34 - CENTENNIAL PEAKS HOSPITAL - PUD <br />AMENDMENT Resolution #34, Series 1988, "A Resolution <br />approving a PUD amendment for Centennial Health <br />Park." <br />Rocky Mountain Affiliated Adventist Health <br />Services, Inc is requesting an amendment to the <br />approved preliminary PUD for the Health Park. <br />Franklin stated that this amendment would more <br />accurately reflect 1the location of the hospital, <br />power plant, parking structure and ancillary <br />facilities which have been relocated from the golf <br />course area. Planning Commission reviewed and <br />approved this proposal. <br />Mayor Fauson moved and Sackett seconded to adopt <br />Resolution #34, Series 1988. By Roll Call Vote, <br />Resolution #34, Series 1988 was adopted 5-0. <br />Sackett rejoined the meeting. <br />NAMING SAGEBRUSH PARK Stahl explained that: the Louisville International <br />Bocci Club recommended that Sagebrush Park, <br />located at Tyler and Pine, be officially named <br />"Joe Colacci Park.," Joe Colacci has been an <br />active contributor to the Louisville Community for <br />5 <br />
