All materials <br />will match existing construction and no impacts <br />are expected on existing parking, site drainage, <br />lighting, etc. Planning Commission reviewed and <br />approved this request. <br />Mohr moved and Ferrero <br />Resolution #39, Series <br />Resolution #39, Series <br />unanimously. <br />seconded to adopt <br />1988. By Roll Call Vote, <br />1988, was adopted <br />Councilman Sackett asked to be excused from the proceedings on Resolution <br />#40 due to possible conflict of interest. <br />RESOLUTION #40 - HEALTH PARK <br />FINAL PLAT Read in its entirety, Resolution #40, Series 1988, <br />"A Resolution approving a Plat for the Health Park <br />Fining No. 2, A Replat of Health Park Filing No. <br />1." <br />Franklin explained that a replat of the Health <br />Park was requested by the City of Louisville to <br />record the open space dedication which will <br />accommodate a portion of Coal Creek Golf Course. <br />Planning Commission reviewed this request and <br />approved same. <br />Mayor Fauson moved a.nd Carnival seconded to adopt <br />Resolution #40, Series 1988. By Roll Call Vote, <br />the motion passed 5-~0-1 (Sackett abstaining). <br />Councilman Sackett rejoined the meeting. <br />Councilman Anderson asked to be excused from proceedings on Resolution #41 <br />and Resolution #42 due to possible conflict of interest. <br />RESOLUTION #41 - CRYSTAL ESTATES - FINAL PLAT' <br />AND PUD Read in its entirety-, Resolution #41, Series 1988, <br />"A Resolution approving a Final Plat and PUD for <br />Crystal Estates Subdivision." <br />Franklin explained ghat Victor Caranci is <br />requesting the subdivision of .623 acres of land <br />southeast of the South Boulder Road/Highway 42 <br />intersection south of Union Jack Liquors. Gordon <br />Fordyce is requesting a PUD (and Special Review <br />Use which will follow this Agenda Item) on the <br />subdivided property to construct a body shop/lube <br />center in the first phase and retail space on the <br />second floor in the second phase. Access will be <br />off of future Cannon Circle which will be <br />constructed by the applicant. Plannning <br />6 <br />
