By Roll Call Vote, Ordinance #~'/:3, <br />Series 1988 was adopted as amended 6-U. <br />ORDINANCE #974 - SERIES 1988 - AMENDMENT TO MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING <br />~:ERT I ~' I CAT I ON OF TAX LEVY - <br />PUBLIC HEARING Read by title only, Ordinance #9'/4, Series 1988, <br />"An Ordinance amending Section 3.U4.U3U of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code concerning the deadline <br />for fixing and certifying the rate of t:ax levy." <br />Certification a:nd notice of public hearing were <br />established. Mayor Fauson opened the public, <br />hearing. <br />Stahl explained that Ordinance #9'/4 is a <br />"housekeeping" measure that requires certification <br />of the mill levy to the County in accordance with <br />State Statutes as they may be amended from time to <br />time and not by a specific date set as currently <br />required by the Municipal Code. <br />Mayor Fauson closed the public hearing and called <br />for a motion. <br />Ferrera moved and Mayor Fauson seconded to adopt <br />Ordinance #9'/4. By Roll Call Vote, Ordinance <br />#9'/~, Series 1988 was adopted 6--U. <br />RESOLUTION #52 - WATER RIGHTS DEDICATION <br />POLICY Read in its entirety, Resolution #~2, Series 1.988, <br />"A Resolution revising City policy with respect to <br />the dedication of water rights to the City in <br />connection with annexation." <br />Stah]_ explained that. Resolution #52, a revised <br />water rights dedication policy, incorporates <br />changes adopted in Ordinance #9'/U, Series 1988, in <br />addition to reitE~rating the method of evaluation <br />for water credit. 't'his polir.y can be modified <br />from time to time as it may become appropriate. <br />Anderson moved anal Scarpella seconded to adopt <br />Resolution #5~. By Roll Call Vote, Resolution <br />#52, Series 1988, was adopted '/-U. <br />4 <br />
