Mayor Fauson <br />order at 7:30 p.m. and lthe following persons were <br />Bob Szymanski, Steve Anderson, Randy Carnival, <br />Alan Scarpella, Mike Mohr and John Sackett <br />Staff present: Terry Hundley, City .Administrator <br /> Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br /> Tom Phare, Director of Public Works <br /> Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> Robert Krisko, Director of Community Services <br />Also present: Pam Ferri s, City Clerk <br /> William Hesson, Treasurer <br />APPROVAL OF <br />THE AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Agenda. <br />. Hundley asked that an introduction of new staff be <br /> added to the Agenda. Mayor Fauson designated the <br /> item to be Item 4-A1 and moved that the Agenda be <br /> adopted as amended. Mohr seconded. Unanimous. <br />APPROVAL OF <br />CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent <br /> Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved that the <br /> Consent Calendar be adopted as presented. <br /> Unanimous. <br />INTRODUCTION - ROBERT KRISKO, DIRECTOR OF COMP+IUNITY <br />SERVICES Hundley introduced Robert Krisko as the new <br />Director of Community Services. <br />APPROVAL OF INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT - CDB(~ HOUSING REHABILITATION <br />PROGRAM Wanush explained that: the communities of <br />Louisville, LafayettE~, Superior, Nederland and <br />Boulder County intend to apply for $400,000 from <br />State Community Development monies to provide <br />assistance to low an~i moderate income persons in <br />three ways: a Nederland Senior Project, assistance <br />in closing costs and $298,000 for rehabilitation <br />of low/moderate inconne owner occupied housing in <br />Louisville, LafayettE~ and Superior. The actual <br />operating agency of the program would be the <br />Boulder County Housing Authority. <br />In response to questions by Szymanski, Wanush <br />stated that $26,000 i.s to be allocated directly to <br />1 <br />
