Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be <br />approved as submittted. Unanimous. <br />APPROVAL OF <br />CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson askei~ for any changes to the Consent <br />Calendar. None. Approval of Modification of Licensed <br /> Premises - Brothers Three Restaurant <br />REGULAR BUSINESS: <br />AMERICAN LEGION POST 111 CLUB LIQUOR LICEN:>E APPLICATION - <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING Ferris explained ghat the American Legion has <br /> recently leased tYie building at 628 LaFarge <br /> Avenue. They haves not had a club license <br /> previously because the facility they owned on Main <br /> Street was within the prohibited distance to a <br /> school thereby limiting them to ten Special Events <br /> Permits annually. Their application for a Club <br /> Liquor License at the facility at 628 Lafarge <br /> Avenue requires proving the needs of the <br /> neighborhood and ]zolding a public hearing. <br /> Recently, the Tri City Elks held a Club Liquor <br />1 <br />
