This would allow the City to eliminate an
irrigation ditch through town. The developer is
resolving this prok>lem as quickly as possible so
that Mr. Mayhoffer will be able to receive water
by the first of May.
The drainage problems are being address by the
City's consulting firm to be resolved as quickly
as possible.
Other water issues such as the agreement with the
Sewer District will be referred to the City's
Water Attorney.
Mayor Fauson stated that in the eight years on
Council, he does not recall anything with the
issue Mr. Mayhoffer described regarding a well.
Mr. Mayhoffer stated that in 1977, the City's
Water Attorney tools an opposing view to the issue
and it is still pending in the Water Court between
the City of Westminster and the Mayhoffer's. The
City of Louisville is no longer a part of the
issue.
Mayor Fauson stated that these items of concern
will be addressed and that staff and consultants
will work to resolve these issues.
COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE
REPORTS None.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business, Mayor Fauson unanimously
adjourned the meeting at 9:40 p.m.
13
