CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />JUNE 15, 1987 REGULAR MEETING <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson <br />called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. acid the following persons were <br />present: <br />Councilmembers: Bob Szymanski, StE.ve Anderson, Randy Carnival, <br />John Sackett, Alan Scarpella and Mike Mohr <br />Staff present: Terry Hundley, Cii:y Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus„ City Attorney <br />Tom Phare, Director of Public Works <br />Robert Krisko, Director of Community Services <br />Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br />Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk <br />William Hesson, Treasurer <br />Absent: Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> Sharon Asti-Caranc:i, Director of Financial Services <br />APPROVAL OF <br />THE AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Agenda. <br /> None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be <br /> approved as submitted. Unanimous. <br />APPROVAL OF <br />CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent <br /> Calendar. None. .Mayor Fauson moved that the <br /> Consent Calendar be adopted as submitted. <br /> Unanimous. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: A. Approval of Bills <br /> B. Approval of Purchase - 9.0 Water Shares - <br /> Goodhue Ditch and Reservoir - Heritage Home <br /> C. Approval of Liquor License Renewal - Black <br /> Diamond <br />REGULAR BUSINESS: <br />RESOLUTION #16 - SUBDIVISION & PUD - <br />THE GROVE Rautenstraus stated that this is a continuance of <br />the June 2, 1987, meeting wherein the Resolution <br />was read in its entirety. <br />Wanush explained that at the June 2, 1987, Council <br />meeting, the Council decided to postpone a decision <br />pending further consideration of sidewalks on one <br />side of the street,. Information concerning side- <br />walks was submitted to Council for their con- <br />sideration. The applicant is requesting approval <br />of a subdivision and PUD of a 26.7 acre site east <br />of Harper Lake, we;at of Saddleback II and south of <br />the Hilltop Subdivision.
