CLASSIFICATION SCHEME FOR <br />PUD DESIGN GUIDELINES At the December 17th meeting, Council approved the <br />Design Guidelines for the City of Louisville. <br />Staff was directed, to prepare a classification <br />scheme for use with these guidelines. Wanush <br />presented the checklists - one for residential and <br />one for commercial - to be used .first by a <br />developer when submitting a proposal and then by <br />staff when evaluating the proposal. <br />Leary suggested that a 7 point system, as opposed <br />to the proposed 3 point system, may be more <br />beneficial. <br />Luce commented that he was glad to finally see a <br />checklist implemented. <br />FINANCIAL POLICY - RESOLUTION #1 - <br />SERIES 1986 - CIP FUND <br />Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #1, <br />Series 1986. <br /> As requested by Council, staff drafted Resolution <br /> No. 1, Series 1986, as relates to the $.55 <br /> collected on each :residential building permit for <br /> this General Fund. Resolution No. 1 amends <br /> financial policies for the City of Louisville. <br /> Mayor Meier moved that Resolution #1, Series 1986 <br /> be adopted. Luce ;seconded. Unanimous. <br />PUBLIC APOLOGY TO <br />DON SHONKWILER Mayor Meier asked Don Shonkwiler to step to the <br /> podium. Mayor Meier explained that Mr. Shonkwiler <br /> is under investigation for an alleged ethics code <br /> violation as member of the City of Louisville <br /> Planning Commission and had not received official <br /> notice by the City,. Mayor Meier apologized for <br /> the oversight. <br />OATH OF OFFICE AND <br />SINE DIE Mayor Meier asked that all Council attend the <br /> ceremonies to be held on January 13, 1986, as the <br /> present Council leaves office and the Council- <br /> Elect is sworn in. <br />HARPER LAKE Phare related to Council that water would be drawn <br /> from Harper Lake soon and warned people to keep <br /> off the ice. "No •trespassing" signs are posted, <br /> however, footprints had been detected in the snow <br /> across the lake. Mayor Meier asked that the Press <br /> published a warning reminding the public that <br /> there is no trespassing on Harper Lake. <br />4 <br />
