LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 13, 1986 <br />REORGANIZATIONAL MEETING <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Special Session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier <br />called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were <br />present: <br />Councilmembers: John Leary, Herm Fauson, Rick Luce, Mike Cussen, <br />Susan Morris, and Betty Johnson <br />Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br />Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />Tom Phare, Director of Public Works <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br />Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk <br />William Hesson, Treasurer <br />APPROVAL OF <br />THE AGENDA Mayor Meier asked for any additions to the Agenda. <br />Mayor Meier added Section B under "Other Business" <br />to include Council Comments. Mayor Meier moved <br />that the Agenda be adopted as amended. Johnson <br />seconded. Unanimous. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES Mayor Meier moved that the minutes be approved as <br />presented. Cussen seconded. Unanimous. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS Councilmembers Mike Cussen, John Leary, Betty <br />Johnson, Susan Morris, Rick Luce and Mayor Meier <br />each spoke with respect to their time spent on <br />Council and each thanked staff and their <br />colleagues. <br />MOTION TO SINE DIE Mayor Meier moved that Council Sine Die. Luce <br />seconded. Unanimous. <br />PRESENTATION Mike Cussen informed Terry L. Hundley, City <br />Administrators that this Council is buying a tree <br />in memory of Terry's mother and it will be <br />dedicated on Arbor Day this Spring. <br />RECESS A short recess was called. <br /> <br />
