LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 4, 1986 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson <br />called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were <br />present: <br />Councilmembers: Bob Szymanski, Alan Scarpella, John Sackett, <br /> Mike Mohr, Steve Anderson and Randy Carnival <br />Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> Tom Phare, Director. of Public Works <br /> August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br /> Sharon Asti-Caranc9_, Director of Financial Services <br />Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk <br /> William Hesson, Treasurer <br />Absent: Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br />APPROVAL OF <br />THE AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any additions to the <br /> Agenda. Hundley asked that Item 3C be deleted as <br /> it will be presented at the next meeting. Also, <br /> Item 3E be moved to Regular Business for <br /> discussion. Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be <br /> approved as amended. Szymanski seconded. <br /> Unanimous. <br />APPROVAL OF CONSENT <br />CALENDAR <br />Mayor Fauson asked for approval of the Consent <br />Calendar. Mohr asked that a statement he made at <br />the last Cauncil meeting be made part of the <br />minutes regarding the Inducement Resolution #19 <br />Public Hearing. <br />Mohr: "I would like to include in the minutes <br />that I made some comments that there are <br />sufficient questions regarding this matter that <br />the Council, should they pass the Inducement <br />Resolution which we subsequently did, is not <br />committing itself t:o pass the Bond Issue. I <br />stated that I did not wish to put EquiSearch or <br />any of their associates in this matter in a bad <br />place by promising to support this direction <br />through the Inducement Resolution and that backing <br />out on the Bond Issue would be appropriate if <br />
