PUD AMENDMENT TO THE LOUISVILLE <br />TRADE CENTER Hundley explained that there were not questions <br />regarding the approval of this item. Councilman <br />Anderson is involved in the transaction and <br />indicated that he would not be able to vote on <br />this issue. <br />Mayor Fauson moved that the PUD Amendment to the <br />Louisville Trade Center be approved. Mohr <br />seconded. Approved. 5-1 with Anderson abstaining. <br />RESOLUTION #20 - SETTING PUBLIC HEARING FOR SPECIAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOND SALE - VIA APPIA PROJECT <br />Rautenstraus read i.n its entirety Resolution #20, <br />"A Resolution setting a Public Hearing on the <br />proposed assessment. roll for Special Improvement <br />District No. 1986-1 in the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado." Rautenstraus stated that the original <br />Resolution specified May 6, 1986, as the date for <br />the Public Hearing. However, in order to <br />facilitate the project, staff recommends that <br />Council hold a Special Council Meeting on April <br />22, 1986, and the Public Hearing be held at this <br />April 22, 1986, Meeting. <br />Hundley explained that this is one of the formal <br />steps needed in order implement the Special <br />Improvement District for the construction of Via <br />Appia. After the short Special Council Meeting <br />recommended, Hundley suggested that Council <br />then conduct a Work: Session. <br />Mayor Fauson moved that Resolution #20 be adopted <br />setting a Special Council Meeting and a Public <br />Hearing for April 22, 1986, on the proposed <br />assessment roll for Special Improvement District <br />No. 1986-1 in the City of Louisville, Colorado. <br />Mohr seconded. Unanimous. <br />ORDINANCE #885 - FIRST READING - AUTHORIZE $1.6 MILLION <br />FOR SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT - VIA APPIA PROJECT <br />Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #885, <br />"An Ordinance authorizing the issuance by the City <br />of Louisville, Colorado, of Special Assessment <br />Bonds in the principal amount of $1,600,000 for <br />Special Improvement: District No. 1986-1; <br />prescribing the form of the bonds; providing for <br />the payment of the bonds and the interest thereon; <br />and declaring an emergency." Rautenstraus <br />recommended that triis Ordinance be adopted on <br />First Reading and a Public Hearing be set for May <br />6, 1986. <br />2 <br />
