LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL APRIL 22 , 1986 SPECIAL MEETING The City Council of the City of Louisville :met in Special Session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. and the following persons were present: Councilmembers: Alan Scarpella, Mike Mohr, Steve Anderson and John Sackett (Randy Carnival arrived late) Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney Tom Phare, Director of Public Works Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk Absent: Bob Szymanski, Councilmember Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety August Hioco, Director of Community Services Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development William Hesson, Treasurer APPROVAL OF AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for additions or corrections to the Agenda. Mohr asked that under Agenda Item 3- D, a Resolution be added regarding the Five Member Board of County Commissions. Hundley also asked that another item be added under Item 3-D with regard. to information that was sent in Council's packet for the Special Review Use for Ken Kreager that was passed at: the April 15th Council Meeting. Hundley also suggested that since one Councilmember was going to be late, the first item on the AGenda be moved to the end as the first item requires six Councilmembers voting. Mayor Fauson asked that the Agenda be approved as amended. Mohr sec;onded. Unanimous. ORDINANCE #890 - PUBLIC HEARING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT - ASSESSMENT ROLL Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #890, "An Ordinance approving the cost of the improvements to bE~ made in Special Improvement District No. 1986-1, in the City of Louisville, Colorado; approving and confirming the apportionment of said cost to each lot or tract of land in the District; assessing a share of said cost against each lot or tract of land in the District; and prescribing the manner for the collection and payment of said assessments" and stating that this is a Public Hearing.
