Publication of Ordinance and notice of <br />public hearing were determined. <br />Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing. <br />Hundley stated that Cybermedic has increased <br />steadily its operations in Louisville and its <br />number of employees and is the kind of firm that <br />is an asset to the City. <br />Wanush explained that Lockett Wood and Arlin <br />Lehman of Cybermedic, a medical technology firm, <br />are the owners of a 10.91 acre parcel annexed in <br />1979 and is currently zoned Agricultural. The <br />property is located at 405 South 96th Street. <br />Applicant's request is for Industrial zoning. At <br />the June 10th Planning Commission public hearing, <br />Commission approved the rezoning with an endorse- <br />ment of five stipulations: 1) All facilities for <br />manufacturing, fabrication, processing, or <br />assembly should be completely enclosed; 2) <br />Structures should be limited to 35' in height; 3) <br />Land from the crest of the hill to Coal Creek <br />should be dedicated to the City for open space; 4) <br />Access to 96th Street should be limited.
