The location of any structures should take into <br />consideration the possible extension of 96th <br />Street through directly to Highway 42. <br />Wanush explained that 96th Street will ultimately <br />be a major north-south arterial from US 36 to <br />downtown Louisville. With the railroad track <br />running between 96th Street and providing access <br />to rail facilities, the land between is a <br />reasonable location for light industrial <br />development. <br />With no public comments, Mayor Fauson closed the <br />public hearing and called for a motion. <br />Mohr moved that Ordinance #903 be approved with <br />the recommended conditions. Carnival seconded.
