The motion was <br />passed 6-0 with Anderson abstaining. <br />ORDINANCE #915 - BACKHOE LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENT - <br />PUBLIC HEARING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #915, <br />"An Ordinance authorizing that certain lease and <br />agreement between Larimer Equipment Co., as Lessor <br />and the City of Louisville, Colorado, as Lessee, <br />in the aggregate principal amount of $18,288.35 <br />and in connection with purchase of a tractor <br />loader backhoe providing for lease payments; and <br />prescribing other details in connection <br />therewith." Publication of ordinance and notice <br />of public hearing were established. <br />Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing. <br />Hundley noted that by State Statutes the City is <br />required to have any lease/purchase agreement in <br />the form of an ordinance for Council approval. <br />This is the normal way to finance equipment <br />purchases. <br />Mayor Fauson asked for comments in favor of or in <br />opposition to this ordinance. None. <br />Mayor Fauson closed the public hearing and called <br />for a motion. <br />Mohr moved that Council adopted Ordinance #915. <br />Mayor Fauson seconded. By Roll Call Vote, <br />Ordinance #915 was approved unanimously. <br />ORDINANCE #916 - PUD AMENDMENT - <br />1ST READING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #916, <br />"An Ordinance amending chapter 17.28 of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code concerning regulations <br />for Planned Unit Developments." Permission is <br />being sought to publish the ordinance and set a <br />public hearing for October 7, 1986. <br />Wanush briefly explained the intent of the <br />ordinance which would amend Section 17.28.110 of <br />the Municipal Code by allowing Council to alter, <br />through the PUD process, the yard and bulk <br />requirements in Section 17.12.040.
