CITY OF LOUISVILLE OCTOBER 7, 1986 REGULAR MEETING The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were present: Councilmembers: Bob Szymanski, Steve Anderson, Alan Scarpella Mike Mohr, Randy Carnival and John Sackett Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney Tom Phare, Director of Public Works August Hioco, Director of Community Services Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Also present: Pam Ferris City Clerk William Hesson, Treasurer APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Agenda. None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be approved as submitted. Szymanski seconded. Unanimous. APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked if there were changes to the Consent Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Consent Calendar be approved as submitted. Anderson seconded. Unanimous. CONSENT CALENDAR A. Approval of Minutes B. Approval of Bills C. Information Only - Minutes and Agenda of Louisville Housing Authority INTRODUCTION OF NEW STAFF Wanush introduced Betsy Martens who is the newly appointed director of the Louisville/Lafayette Downtown Revitalization Committee. This is the group who jointly applied for community development funds for commercial loans for the downtown areas. Leesman introduced Christina Muzzipapa, a new Louisville police officer. 1
