CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />NOVEMBER 25, 1986 REGULAR MEETING <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Special Session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson <br />called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. and the following persons were <br />present: <br />Councilmembers: Bob Szymanski, Randy Carnival, Mike Mohr and John <br />Sackett. (Alan Scarpella and Steve Anderson <br />arrived late. Their arrival is so noted within <br />the text of the minutes. ) <br />Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br />Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />Absent: Pam Ferris, City Clerk <br />William Hesson, Treasurer <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br />Tom Phare, Director of Public Works <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />APPROVAL OF <br />THE AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Agenda. <br />None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be <br />approved as submitted. Mohr seconded. Unanimous. <br />ORDINANCE #918 - HEALTH PARK ANNEXATION #1 - <br />PUBLIC HEARING Councilman Sackett asked that he be excused from <br />the proceedings on Ordinances #918, 919 and 920 <br />due to possible conflict of interest. <br />Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #918, <br />"An Ordinance annexing to the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado, a parcel of approximately 7.213 acres <br />located north of U.S. Highway 36 and west of 88th <br />Street, which is owned by Harold W. Spicer." <br />Rautenstraus stated that this is a continuation of <br />the public hearing on November 18, 1986, and <br />recommended that Mayor Fauson ask if there is <br />anyone wishing to speak on the Ordinance. <br />Mayor Fauson asked if there was anyone wishing to <br />speak either in favor of or in opposition to the <br />Ordinance. None. <br />With no further comments or questions, Mayor <br />Fauson closed the public hearing and called for a <br />motion. <br />Mohr moved that Ordinance #918 be adopted on final <br />1 <br />
