The conservation program will reduce the amount of water used in outdoor imgabon. Develop a pilot water conservation program in partnership with the Center for ReSource Conservation to provide and install smart inigation water controllers (3/31/16) 2. Implement and market the pilot program in conjunction with other water conservation programs. (3/31/16 - 12/31/16) 3. Water usage information will be monitored and analyzed on an annual basis to assess the effectiveness of this program and assist with the determination on future conservation funding allocations.
