RESOLUTION NO. 20 <br />SERIES 2016 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 61, SERIES 2015 TO REVISE THE <br />SUNSET DATE FOR THE RECREATION /SENIOR CENTER AND AQUATICS <br />CENTER EXPANSION TASK FORCE <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 61, Series 2015, and pursuant to City Charter Section <br />10 -2(f), the City Council established a Recreation/Senior Center Task force to provide advisory <br />recommendations on the design of an expansion to the Recreation/Senior Center and possible <br />aquatics expansion; and <br />WHEREAS, such Resolution current provides that the Task Force shall conclude its <br />work and present its recommendations to the City Council no later than April 2016, and that the <br />Task Force shall sunset on April 30, 2016; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to revise such dates in Resolution No. 61, Series <br />2015; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. Section 5 of Resolution No. 61, Series 2015, is hereby amended to strike <br />"April 2016" and insert "July 19, 2016" in its place. <br />Section 2. Section 6 of Resolution No. 61, Series 2015, is hereby amended to strike <br />"April 30, 2016" and insert "July 19, 2016" in its place. <br />Section 3. The amendments herein set forth shall be deemed effective April 30, 2016, <br />and the continuation of the Task Force from and after such date, and all actions in relation <br />thereof, are hereby ratified and confirmed. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, 2016. <br />ATTEST: <br />Carol Hanson, Acting City Clerk <br />18 <br />Robert P.
