LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 19, 1985 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the meeting to order at 7:34 p.r~~. and the following persons were present: Councilmembers: Susan Morris, Herm Fauson, Betty Johnson, John Leary, Rick Luce and Michael Cussen Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus,, City Attorney August Hioco, Director of Community Services Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Ken Huson, City Engineer Cheryl Appell, City Planner Also present: William Hesson, Treasurer Absent: John Rupp, Director of Community Development Sharon Asti-Caran.ci, Director of Financial Services APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Mayor Meier moved. that the agenda be approved. Fauson seconded the motion. Approved unanimously. APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA Mayor Meier asked if there were any requests to have items removed from the Consent Agenda. Luce requested that Item III-C be moved to Regular Business and asked that a discussion of the City's Bicycle Policy become Item V-I under Regular Business. Hundley asked that Item III-K be moved to Regular Business, Item V-J. Mayor Meier moved that the Consent. Agenda be approved as amended. Luce seconded. Approved unanimously. PUBLIC COMMENTS None. ORDINANCE #853 WINCHER ANNEXATION PUBLIC HEARING Rautenstraus read. by title Ordinance #853, "An Ordinance Annexing to the City of Louisville, Colorado, a Parcel of Approximately 9.9 Acres Located Adjacent. to South 80th Street, which is owned by John and Mary Wincher." Rautenstraus stated that the ordinance had been properly published in the Louisville Times and that notice of the public hearing had also been properly published according to statutes. 1
