Luce felt that possibly the bartenders needed to <br />be better versed on serving alcohol to someone <br />already intoxicated and in a case where serving <br />alcohol to a customer could potentially cause a <br />incident. <br />After a lengthy discussion, Council decided that <br />they would approve the liquor license renewal on <br />the condition that a letter be written to the <br />owners stating Council's concerns with the <br />increasing incidents and that a quarterly review <br />would be made to evaluate the type and number of <br />incidents and compliance with the liquor laws. <br />Mayor Meier moved that the Track Inn Liquor <br />License Renewal be approved with the condition <br />that it be reviewed quarterly to determine if a <br />public hearing might be necessary. Luce seconded. <br />Fauson stated that he felt it was unjustifiable to <br />have a quarterly review of this license. <br />The motion was passed 5-1 with Fauson voting no. <br />NEW LIQUOR LICENSE <br />HOWARDS COAL CREEK <br />RESTAURANT AND <br />LOUNGE Morris asked that this be pulled for Council <br />discussion as she wants to clarify that the <br />miscellaneous code violations stated in letters <br />from the Chief Building Official and the Fire <br />Marshall would be addressed before a Certificate <br />of Occupancy was given. Also a special review use <br />would have to be initiated for their intended <br />outside eating area. <br />The City Clerk was instructed to inform the <br />applicants of all the violations and proper <br />procedures for correction. <br />Mayor Meier moved that the Howard's Coal Creek <br />Liquor License Public Hearing be set for May 7, <br />1985. Luce seconded and the motions was passed <br />unanimously. <br />SET DATE FOR COUNCIL <br />WORK SESSION Upon Council's recommendation, staff recommended a <br />Work Session be schedule for Thursday April 11th <br />to discuss the following items: <br />1) The City Residential Annexation Policy <br />2) Designation of a PUA for Louisville <br />3) Broomfield's Annexation and PUA Submittal <br />5 <br />
