Approval of One Year Lease of Coal Ridge <br />Ditch Water Shares - Richardson <br />Johnson asked that Item 3F be moved to regular <br />business and Mori°is asked that Item 3A also be <br />moved from the Consent Agenda and be placed as <br />Items 5-A1 and 5-A2 respectively of Regular <br />Business, The request was moved, seconded and <br />approved unanimously. <br />Mayor Meier moved that the Consent Agenda be <br />approved as amended, Luce seconded, and the motion <br />was approved unanimously. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS None. <br />PROCLAMATION - LOUISVILLE <br />VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION WEEK <br />Mayor Meier proclaimed the week of April 22-28 as <br />Volunteer Recognition Week urging "all citizens to <br />join in thankin€; and recognizing the many <br />volunteers who help perpetuate Louisville's pioneer <br />spirit by donating a portion of their time, talent <br />and resources to the betterment and health of <br />their community through voluntary service." <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES Morris asked that: the City Clerk review the <br />summary of Morris' question regarding the <br />condemnation of lar.~d along South Boulder. It was <br />an inaccurate interpretation of Morris' inquiries <br />regarding this issute. With this change, Morris <br />moved that the amended minutes be approved, Mayor <br />Meier seconded a.nd the motion was approved <br />unanimously. <br />CORRECTION TO MINUTES Morris, "I talked with Terry this week about the <br />realignment of North McCaslin Boulevard and the <br />discussions that took place prior to Terry coming <br />on board about looking at the possibilities of <br />adjusting the next two lanes to the west as <br />opposed to abutting the homes on Willow. <br />Hundley responded to this inquiry by stating that <br />it would involve a substantial increase in costs <br />to do this. <br />Rautenstraus responded that a change in alignment <br />would mean that conceivably more of their property <br />would have no value which really means that the <br />City would be buying more property than is needed <br />for the road. <br />2 <br />
