Approval of One Year Lease of Coal Ridge Ditch Water Shares - Richardson Johnson asked that Item 3F be moved to regular business and Mori°is asked that Item 3A also be moved from the Consent Agenda and be placed as Items 5-A1 and 5-A2 respectively of Regular Business, The request was moved, seconded and approved unanimously. Mayor Meier moved that the Consent Agenda be approved as amended, Luce seconded, and the motion was approved unanimously. PUBLIC COMMENTS None. PROCLAMATION - LOUISVILLE VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION WEEK Mayor Meier proclaimed the week of April 22-28 as Volunteer Recognition Week urging "all citizens to join in thankin€; and recognizing the many volunteers who help perpetuate Louisville's pioneer spirit by donating a portion of their time, talent and resources to the betterment and health of their community through voluntary service." APPROVAL OF MINUTES Morris asked that: the City Clerk review the summary of Morris' question regarding the condemnation of lar.~d along South Boulder. It was an inaccurate interpretation of Morris' inquiries regarding this issute. With this change, Morris moved that the amended minutes be approved, Mayor Meier seconded a.nd the motion was approved unanimously. CORRECTION TO MINUTES Morris, "I talked with Terry this week about the realignment of North McCaslin Boulevard and the discussions that took place prior to Terry coming on board about looking at the possibilities of adjusting the next two lanes to the west as opposed to abutting the homes on Willow. Hundley responded to this inquiry by stating that it would involve a substantial increase in costs to do this. Rautenstraus responded that a change in alignment would mean that conceivably more of their property would have no value which really means that the City would be buying more property than is needed for the road. 2
