LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br />CONTINUATION OF JUNE 18, 1985, REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />JUNE 25, 1985 <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville continued their regular session <br />in the Conference Room, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor <br />Meier called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons <br />were present: <br />Councilmembers: Herm Fauson, Rick ]Luce, Susan Morris, <br />and Mike Cussen <br />Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br />Tom Phare, Director of Public Works <br />Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />Absent: John Leary, Counci]'_member <br />Betty Johnson, Couricilmember <br />William Hesson, TrE~asurer <br />Pam Ferris, City Clerk <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />PUMPERNICKELS <br />LIQUOR LICENSE <br />Curt Rautenstraus stated that proper notice of the <br />Public Hearing was published and posted. The <br />application is in order. Pumpernickels did <br />receive a new Liquor License last year, however, <br />the license expired just prior to their <br />application for renewal. Therefore, they are <br />forced to go through the procedure to apply for a <br />new Liquor License. <br />Mayor Meier opened the Public Hearing on <br />Pumpernickels Liquor License. Bob Gaulik, owner <br />of Pumpernickels, asked to speak and thanked <br />Council for allowing the continuation of the <br />meeting for this Public Hearing and apologized for <br />the unintentional expiration of the license. <br />1 <br />
