PUBLIC COMMENTS None. <br />PROCLAMATION Mayor Meier read a proclamation declaring the <br />month of July as National Recreation and Parks <br />month. Hioco presented Mayor and Council with a <br />calendar of activities for the Department of <br />Community Services. There will be a booth at the <br />4th of July Celebration where pins, shirts and <br />frisbees will given to children. These items were <br />donated by the Colorado Parks and Recreation <br />Association. There will be an Aquatics Week, <br />Parks Week and Fitness Week. Cathy Bitler, Senior <br />Coordinator outlined a calendar of events for the <br />Louisville Senior;. Barbara Seckinger, OutReach <br />Coordinator, was :introduced to Mayor and Council. <br />Seckinger is funded through the City Budget and a <br />DRCOG grant, Office on Aging, and provides <br />services to those Seniors who are homebound and <br />links Seniors to nE=_eded services. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - <br />BUMPERS GRILL LIQUOR <br />LICENSE APPLICATION Rautenstraus advised Council the application for <br />this new restaurant liquor license was properly <br />posted and published and that the application was <br />in order. No public comments in favor or in <br />opposition. Morris asked if there would be a <br />Special Review Use required for an outside eating <br />area outlined in the application packet. <br />Rautenstraus confirmed and informed Council that <br />this was only to approve the liquor license. Any <br />use would have go through the Special Review <br />process. <br />Mayor Meier closed the Public Hearing and moved <br />that Bumpers Grill liquor license application be <br />approved. Cussen seconded. Unanimous. <br />FABER ANNEXATION <br />REFERRAL TO PLANNING <br />COMMISSION Wanush conveyed to Council the request by Harold <br />D. Faber for annexation to the City of Louisville. <br />The property is currently in Boulder County and <br />contiguous with the City along Continental View <br />Drive. The proposal includes a request to <br />subdivide the 5.3 acre lot into 2 lots with an RR <br />zoning. <br />Mayor Meier moved that the Fabor Annexation <br />Request be referred to the Planning Commission. <br />Luce seconded. Unanimous. <br />RESOLUTION #12 - <br />IRB'S FOR CALIFORNIA <br />DEVICES INC. Hundley presented to Council the request by <br />California Devices Inc. to support the issuance of <br />2 <br />
