RESOLUTION #24 - <br />STEWART REPEAT Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #24, <br />"A Resolution approving the final subdivision plat <br />for the Stewart Su.bdivision." <br />The subdivision plat request was outlined by <br />Wanush describing the 17,500 sq.ft. located at 725 <br />West Street. The property owned by Stewart is <br />zoned RM and could accommodate 4 units. There is <br />an existing house on the property and the Stewarts <br />want to divide the property into 2 lots - one for <br />the existing house and the other for the <br />construction of 3 units. This subdivision meets <br />all of the requirements of City ordinances and was <br />approved by the Planning Commission on September <br />10th, 1985, according to Wanush, with the <br />condition that all. access, paving and grading <br />plans be approved by the Public Works department. <br />Mayor Meier moved that Resolution #24 be approved <br />with the conditions recommended by the Planning <br />Commission. Luce seconded. Unanimous. <br />ANNEXATION REQUEST <br />JOSEPH PARCEL Wanush presented t:o Council the annexation request <br />of the owners of property currently in Boulder <br />County and contiguous with the City of Louisville <br />along two sides (City owned open space and West <br />Pine along the southern edge and private property <br />zoned RR along the eastern edge). The requested <br />zoning is R-L, Residential Low Density. Staff <br />recommends the proposal be referred to the <br />Planning Commission for recommendation. <br />Mayor Meier moved that the Joseph Parcel <br />annexation request. be referred to the Planning <br />Commission for recommendation. Cussen seconded. <br />Unanimous. <br />RESOLUTION #25 - NEODATA <br />Leary moved that Resolution #25, "A Resolution <br />urging Neodata to build in Louisville," be adopted <br />by Council. Luce seconded. <br />Mayor Meier commended the drafting of Resolution <br />#25 by Leary and suggested Council meet with <br />representatives of Neodata to encourage them to <br />build their new facilities in Louisville. <br />Luce and Cussen agree that <br />be a good corporate citizen <br />support the resolution. <br />Neodata has proven to <br />in Louisville and will <br />4 <br />
