By roll call, Resolution #26, Series 1985, was <br />adopted 6-1 with Fauson voting no. <br />RESOLUTION #21 - ADOPTION <br />OF 1986 BUDGET Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #21, <br />Series 1985, "A Resolution adopting the Budget for <br />the City of Louisville, Colorado, for the Fiscal <br />Year beginning on the First Day of January 1986, <br />estimating the amount of money necessary to be <br />raised by the tax levy based on the said budget so <br />adopted: estimating the amount of money to be <br />derived from other revenue sources: and setting <br />forth the total estimated expenditures for each <br />fund . " <br />Mayor Meier moved that Resolution #21, Series <br />1985, Adopting the 1986 City of Louisville Budget <br />be approved. Cussen seconded. <br />Resolution #21, Series 1985, was adopted <br />unanimously by roll call. <br />RESOLUTION #22 - 1986 <br />FUNDS APPROPRIATION Resolution #22, Series 1985, A Resolution <br />appropriating sums of money to the various funds <br />and spending agencies, in the amount and for the <br />purposes as set forth below, for the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado, for the 1986 Budget Year" <br />was read in its entirety by Rautenstraus. <br />Mayor Meier moved that Resolution #22, Series <br />1985, be adopted. Morris seconded. <br />Resolution #22, Series 1985, was adopted <br />unanimously by roll call. <br />ADOPTION OF CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM Leary moved that-the Capital Improvement Program <br />for the City of Louisville be adopted. Morris <br />seconded. Unanimously approved. <br />DISCUSSION OF STORAGE TECH <br />SETTLEMENT Hundley outlined for Council a communication sent <br />to them with regard to security payment to be made <br />to the City of Louisville by Storage Tech to <br />offset some of the due but unpaid 1984 property <br />tax payments. Hundley stated that City Attorney, <br />Curt Rautenstraus had negotiated extensively with <br />Storage Tech which culminated in a proposed <br />stipulation outlining a payment to the City of <br />Louisville of $64,600.00 as a security payment <br />over the next 6 months. Rautenstraus stated that <br />$32,600 would be paid immediately with another <br />$8,000 being paid each of the first four months of <br />1986. <br />4 <br />
