The project is approximately 7 <br />acres in size and is the first development on the <br />Homart site. Resolution #27 was approved unanimously. <br />ORDINANCE #870 - SALARY <br />SCHEDULE - PUBLIC HEARING <br />Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #870, <br />"An Ordinance amending Title 2, Chapter 2.68 of <br />the Louisville Municipal Code Concerning Position <br />Classifications, Salary Schedules, Entrance <br />Salary, and Salary Increases." None. <br />Hundley outlined the changes in the ordinance: 1) <br />all city employees shall have an anniversary date <br />of January 1; 2) vacant position titles have been <br />deleted flrom the current ordinance; 3) a part-time, <br />temporary and seasonal pay schedule has been added <br />to the ordinance; 4) minimum and maximum salary <br />ranges have not been adjusted. <br />Mayor Meier closed the public hearing and moved <br />that Ordinance #870 be adopted.
