THE FOLLOWING ARE THE AMENDED AND ADOPTED <br />MINTUES TO THE <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 19, 1985 <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier <br />called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were <br />present: <br />Councilmembers: Susan Morris, John Leary, Herm Fauson, <br /> and Rick Luce <br />Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br /> Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> Tom Phare, Director. of Public Works <br /> August HlOCO, Director of Community Services <br /> Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk <br />Absent: Betty Johnson, Couricilmember <br /> Mike Cussen, Councilmember <br /> Sharon Asti-Caranci., Director of Financial Services <br /> William Hesson, Treasurer <br />APPROVAL OF <br />THE AGENDA <br /> Mayor Meier called for additions or corrections to <br /> the Agenda. None. Approved unanimously. <br />APPROVAL OF <br />CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Meier called for items to be removed from <br /> the Consent Calendar. The minutes for the Oct. <br /> 30, 1985, meeting need to be amended to reflect <br /> the proper vote count. Should read 6-1, not 7-1. <br /> Also, the minutes for the November 7, 1985, <br /> meeting were not available. Items 5-F and 5-K <br /> were removed from the Consent Agenda and placed <br /> under Regular Business. Mayor Meier moved that <br /> the Consent Calendar be adopted as amended. Luce <br /> seconded.
