So, the motion is unconstrained, Homart not required to recover for the cost of Dyer Road, Homart to release that section of Dyer Road necessary for the right-of-way, and Homart and 1007 Corporation have agreed on a price for Parcel L and whatever things they have, and construction easements. DISCUSSION/MOTION -AMENDINGTHE STANDARD SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT TO INCORPORATE HOURS OF OPERATION OF CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT Paul Wood, Planning Director, explained that staff is requesting that the standard subdivision agreement be amended to incorporate the recently approved Ordinance No. 1141, Series 1994, regulating the hours of operation of construction equipment. Tom Phare, Public Works Director, requested additional language be incorporated to also regulate public improvement contractors. Wood asked to bring this back on April 5, after he gets a response from the City Attorney concerning if the City can incorporate that at second reading without Council having an opportunity to review it. Davidson stated that this would be tabled until the next meeting. APPROVE 1994 HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL IGA Tom Phare, Public Works Director, explained that for the last two years the City has participated in the Boulder County Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) disposal program.
