Ail in favor. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION/MOTION -AMENDINGTHE STANDARD SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT TO <br />INCORPORATE HOURS OF OPERATION OF CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, explained that staff is requesting <br />that the standard subdivision agreement be amended to incorporate <br />the recently approved Ordinance No. 1141, Series 1994, regulating <br />the hours of operation of construction equipment. Tom Phare, <br />Public Works Director, requested additional language be <br />incorporated to also regulate public improvement contractors. Wood <br />asked to bring this back on April 5, after he gets a response from <br />the City Attorney concerning if the City can incorporate that at <br />second reading without Council having an opportunity to review it. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that this would be tabled until the next meeting. <br /> <br />APPROVE 1994 HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL IGA <br /> <br />Tom Phare, Public Works Director, explained that for the last two <br />years the City has participated in the Boulder County Household <br />Hazardous Waste (HHW) disposal program.
