PLANNING DEPARTMI=.NT Staff is requesting-that the standard Subdivision Agreement be amended to incorporate the following italicized sections: 1. Section 1. lO(b) -page 5- Public Improvement Inspections. Section Z 4(a) -page 11- Incorporation of recently approved Ordinance No. 1141, Series 1994, regulating the hours of operation of construction equipment. Hours of operation apply, to all activities under a. building permit. Section 7. 4(b) -page 11- Hours regulating the installation of public improvement, either public or private. These activities are not under Ordinance No. 1141 as they do not require a building permit. Ordinance No. 1141, Series 1994, became effective on March 21, 1994. The revised Subdivision Agreement is attached. i~,CO~nT~ON: Move that the City Council approve the form of the attached revised standard Subdivision Agreement and authorize the Mayor, without additional Council action, to execute future subdivision agreements r~lating to specific subdivisions, so long as the future agreements substantially conform to the attached revised agreement form. The Special Provisions appeafi~ in paragraph 8.0 have been approved by the City Council, and the Exhibits have been reviewed and approved by appropriate City staff. Any future subdivision agreement, which contains · substantive change from the attached revised agreement form will require specific review and approval by the City Council A copy of the attached revised form ~ be attached to the minutes of this Council meeting.
