City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 3, 2016 <br />Page 4 of 10 <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Frosty Wooldridge, 1458 Ford Place, Louisville, CO noted he moved to Louisville in <br />1990. When he first moved here, Louisville was a little, nice town. He felt the world is <br />moving toward human over population. Colorado is growing quickly. He asked <br />Louisville to create a population stabilization policy. <br />Debby Fahey, 1118 W. Enclave Circle, Louisville, CO noted tomorrow there is an open <br />house at the Recreation Center as part of the recreation center expansion process. <br />There will be sketches of the proposed expansion. Saturday, May 7 there will be a <br />series of landmarking ceremonies for the structures recently landmarked in Louisville. <br />Eric Hartronft, 817 Lincoln Avenue, Louisville, CO understood at the last Council <br />meeting there was discussion of putting an extension of the historic preservation tax on <br />the ballot in 2016. He was very supportive of going forward and putting it on the ballot. <br />He felt a lot of good has been done with the preservation fund and there is a lot more to <br />be done. Other communities are envious of the historic preservation Louisville has <br />been able to achieve Louisville stands out in the preservation of its heritage in a <br />proactive, not punitive way. The preservation program is innovative and he volunteered <br />to help with getting the extension on the ballot this year. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Muckle called for changes to the consent agenda and hearing none, moved to <br />approve the consent agenda, seconded by Council member Stolzmann. Approve Resolution No. 22, Series 2016 — A Resolution Approving an <br />Intergovernmental Agreement Between Boulder County and the City of <br />Louisville Concerning Boulder County's Environmental Sustainability <br />Matching Grant Program for a Residential Outdoor Irrigation Water <br />Conservation Pilot Program and Business Sustainability <br />Improvements <br />E. Approve Resolution No. 23, Series 2016 — A Resolution Approving an <br />Intergovernmental Agreement with the Colorado Department of <br />Transportation to Delineate Construction and Maintenance <br />
