Short of any <br />compelling reason otherwise, I would concur with the Staff recommendation and move <br />that the structure at 421 County Road, Louisville, CO meets the criteria in section <br />15.36.050 of the LMC for probable cause probable cause to believe the building may be <br />eligible for landmarking, seconded by Haley.
