Petition to Pay Fine in Lieu — Union Jack Liquor, Inc. d /b /a Union Jack Liquor — Retail Liquor Store — 1160 South Boulder Road Michael Rennich, attorney for Union Jack Liquor, noted he had provided Authority members with a petition to pay a fine in lieu of suspension with attachments providing seven days of receipts used to calculate the fine of $3,642.89. If the Authority approved the petition and signed the order, the check would be submitted to the Authority Secretary the next day.
