Cityor <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO *SINCE 1878 <br />CITY COUNCIL COMMUNICATION <br />AGENDA ITEM 11 <br />SUBJECT: <br />DISCUSSION OF DRAFT SOUTH BOULDER ROAD SMALL <br />AREA PLAN <br />DATE: MARCH 29, 2016 <br />PRESENTED BY: SCOTT ROBINSON, PLANNER II <br />SUMMARY: <br />Attached is the draft South Boulder Road small area plan. The South Boulder Road <br />small area plan is intended to define desired community character, land uses, and <br />public infrastructure priorities to provide a reliable roadmap for public and private <br />investments in the corridor. Staff is requesting City Council discuss the document before <br />it is brought for public hearing at the April 5 regular meeting. <br />The creation of the plan followed a robust public process, as described in the plan. Also <br />attached are results of that process, including the community survey report, results from <br />the last public workshop in November, 2015, and the detailed traffic impact analysis. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The projected development under the plan was analyzed with the City's new fiscal <br />model.
