connected by Knollwood Drive, as residential collector, being 32'
wide without on-street parking.

Chuck Bellock, Community Development Group, 1400 - 28th Street,
Boulder, Colorado, stated that there is a 30 acre open space woven
into the project connecting existing City of Louisville open space.
It features an approximate 3.5 acre park. He explained that the
collector road had a substantial amount of open space and
landscaping around it providing a link in the trail to the existing
open space trail at Coal Creek through a trail to be constructed by
Bellock's group along the existing right-of-way.

Davidson called for Council questions.

Mayer noticed that some lot sizes were smaller than minimum lot
sizes stated on the PUD.

Bellock:

We'll change it.

Howard wondered if the applicant was willing to live within the
guidelines of growth control Resolution No. 36.

Bellock felt the project met the criteria of Resolution No. 36. The letter stated that the
School District does not have the facilities to provide for the
increased number of students generated by the development proposed.

Bellock stated that they are working with the School District to
resolve the concerns.

Lathrop didn't view this as a development that was necessary for
Louisville.
