Davidson felt that cost should be split with the Warembourgs. He <br />stated that in paragraph 36, page 13, did not have an relation to <br />the Contract and should be removed. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that the Purchase Contract and Conservation <br />Easement would be tabled, "no action." <br /> <br />HIGH SCHOOL/IMPACT FEES <br /> <br />Davidson stated that the letter was delivered to the School Board's <br />last meeting. He felt their interest was positive. He wanted the <br />City Attorney to explore the possibility of an impact fee for land <br />and of it being a proportional fee, like a per square foot charge. <br /> <br />OTHER REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS ARISING AFTER PREPARATION OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Levihn stated that their playground at the school was hit hard by <br />graffiti, as were many of the parks. He wondered if it was a big <br />problem in the City now. <br /> <br />Tom Phare, Public Works Director, stated that Steve Baysinger, <br />Public Works Director, is responsible for getting it cleaned up and <br />repaired. He did not know graffiti had been a problem in the City. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />Annette Brand, City Administrator, stated the with the new <br />Community Facilitation Technician, Sara Godshalk, she was going to <br />have an announcement on Channel 16 to tell the citizens what the <br />City is doing, such as the McCaslin Boulevard lighting and the Via <br />Appia and Lafayette Street intersection. Godshalk's name and <br />number would be on the announcement for citizen's questions and <br />concerns. Ms. Brand announced that she would be selling her <br />Louisville home and moving to her other home in Delta, Colorado. <br />She stated that as soon as she has a contract on her home, she will <br />be tendering her resignation. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Mayer, concerning the lights and sound system at Miner's Field, <br />asked staff to request the users of Miner's Field to file a report <br />if light usage would be past 10:15 p.m. or if the sound system <br />would be used past 8:30 p.m. He wanted to know how much of a <br />problem is really there. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that there will be a Mayor's Town Meeting on <br />Monday, May 16, 1994, and May 26, 1994, at the Recreation Center. <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br /> <br />
