CASH & INVESTMENT REPORT AS OF APRIL 30, 2016 Finance Director, Kevin Watson presented the cash and investment reports to the Finance Committee for the month ended March 31, 2016. LIST OF BILLS SCHEDULED FOR COUNCIL APPROVAL ON APRIL 19, 2016 The Finance Committee had no questions on the bills. The list of the bills scheduled for Council approval on May 17, 2016 can be located in the packet of the May 16, 2016 Finance Committee Meeting. DISCUSSION ITEMS FOR THE NEXT REGULAR MEETING The next regular Finance Committee Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at 7:30 a.m. Items for discussions at the next meeting: o Fiscal Impact Model o Key Indicators and Dashboards o Financial Statements for the Month Ended May 31, 2016 o Sales Tax Report for the Month Ended April 30, 2016 o Cash & Investment Report as of May 31, 2016 o List of Bills Mayor Muckle asked staff about the status of the remaining dashboards and when they will be available to the Finance Committee. Director Watson stated that he can provide revenue numbers, but the each department needs to provide the indicators. City Manager Fleming stated that the Library and Museum's key performance indicators are good and the data is being refined.
