For the most part,Louisville <br /> employees were satisfied with their job. <br /> Overall, a majority of employees found real enjoyment in their work (88% "somewhat" or <br /> "strongly" agreed), felt positive about working for the City (85%) and were very satisfied with their <br /> job (83%). Fewer respondents agreed that there were adequate opportunities for career advancement <br /> (30%). One-third of respondents "strongly" disagreed that they have opportunities to advance in <br /> their career.
