That the unusual circumstances or conditions do not exist throughout the neighborhood <br /> or district in which the property is located. <br /> Setback: Most other lots are rectangular- Criterion is met. <br /> Lot Coverage: Most other lots are similar in size - Criterion is not met. <br /> 3.
